BY-LAWS & REGULATIONS

The by-laws established by its board of directors regulate the activities and affairs of Ottawa Division. By ordinary resolution, the directors can make, amend or repeal any by-law, and present it for approval at a general meeting of members. The voting members can confirm; amend, confirm as amended, or reject the resolution. In addition, the directors have the authority to make, amend or revoke policy and procedures in the division’s regulations.
